Healthcare workers are the front liners in war against COVID 19 pandemic. Since this fight pandemic started, thousands of heath care have been infected with many paying ultimate price their lives a bid to provide health service patients. Currently either quarantine or isolation. Still working fear virus and under poor conditions without adequate protections. The potential for high exposure is generally higher due increased hospitalization, longer time exposure, failure implement effective personal protection, lack training, monitoring infection control protection mechanism. This has led shortage workforce sector. Exposure setting depends on worker’s understanding infectious nature virus, routes by which acquired, techniques that most hazardous safe environment practice. work therefore aimed at providing relevant information risk impact required bio safety measures needed keep organization.
